I. Performance Management
1. Define guidelines for end-to-end pipeline management to optimize revenue generation.
2. Track pipeline evolution and ensure regular updates.
3. Build and maintain dashboards to track revenue.
II. Process Optimization
1. Equip Revenue teams with the best tools and processes, including Salesforce and Apollo.
2. Configure tools to align with business needs.
3. Promote tool adoption through comprehensive documentation and training.
III. Program Coordination
1. Define priority actions on key accounts to maximize revenue potential.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of revenue activities.
3. Identify and eliminate friction points in the revenue process.
IV. Proficiency Development
1. Coach Sales teams on Sales Knowledge, Tactics, and Posture.
2. Develop and share Sales Training Content.
3. Define training plans to ensure continuous improvement in revenue-generating capabilities.
