Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician at X-FAB France SAS, you will be part of a team of experienced technicians responsible for the preventive maintenance and curative of state-of-the-art equipment. Your primary mission will be to implement maintenance actions on production equipment using various skills, including diagnostics, corrective actions, calibrations, and functional tests. Additionally, you will actively participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans, focusing on good maintenance practices. You will work in a demanding clean room environment and collaborate with employees from various teams, including maintenance, process, production, and purchasing. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about your work, rigorous in your approach, and able to analyze data to offer pragmatic solutions. A strong sense of customer service, organization, and prioritization is also essential.

Schedule:
You will work standard 4x12 shifts, with a combination of day and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Your Profile:
To be eligible for this position, you must have a Bac +2/3 degree in a relevant field, such as Electrotechnique, Electronique, Electromécanique, Maintenance industrielle, Maintenance of automated systems, or GEII. As an experienced maintenance professional, you will have a strong understanding of production equipment and a willingness to share your knowledge and experience. Alternatively, you may be a recent graduate looking for a solid experience to develop the skills acquired during your training.
