We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager with expertise in photovoltaic systems to join our team at Quality Analytics. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our solar energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee the quality and safety of onsite operations and Huawei processes.
- Train subcontractors on EHS and quality of installation.
- Develop and implement EHS and quality management plans.
- Prepare all deliverables for projects in terms of EHS and quality.
- Conduct audits and checklists according to local standards and customer requirements.
- Deliver field quality, subcontractor qualification, and EHS spot checks.
- Conduct batch spot checks and output spot check reports.
- Track issue improvements and loop closures.
- Conduct process KCP inspections and output QC checklists.
- Responsible for SOP adaptation and implementation in projects.
- Strong experience in EHS and EHS domains.
- Excellent customer-facing and promotion capabilities.
- Fluent French and English language skills.
- Proven experience in EHS and quality domains in solar projects.
- Solid professional knowledge in French regulation, EHS, and energy domains.
- Proven experience in PV and energy installation.
- Proven experience in subcontractor management or resource management.
