Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in Paris. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue account balances in a professional manner while maintaining and improving customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue account balances.
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
- Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management and sales representatives.
- Interact with collection agencies to resolve delinquent accounts.
- Support operations by managing customer overdue accounts and collection activities.
- Assist with daily cash application.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a collection function or customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
