Unlock Your Potential as a Regional Sales Manager - France

At ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop assigned accounts within the region to achieve set targets.
  • Field-based position with 60% of your time spent traveling and visiting customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share in an established market.
  • Develop and implement account plans to accommodate strategic goals.
  • Support indirect channels in the region where applicable.
  • Deliver required support and training to all accounts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings as required.
  • Collaborate across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Native French speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
  • Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions desirable.
  • Experience in a solution selling environment specifically SaaS and/or Cloud-based licensing models would be desirable.
