Mission

Nous recherchons un spécialiste en communication et en support client pour rejoindre notre équipe Client Success. Vous serez chargé de l'accompagnement de nos clients dans leur utilisation de notre solution logicielle de création vidéo.

Compétences requises
  • De formation bac +3 à bac +5 (idéalement en communication)
  • Tu es à la recherche d'un stage long (6 mois)
  • Tu souhaites rejoindre une équipe passionnée et travailler sur un projet innovant.
  • Solution seeker : il n'y a pas de problèmes que des solutions
  • Force de proposition, tu as toujours une idée pour améliorer les process.
  • Organisé(e), tu fais preuve d'aisance relationnelle et tu es pédagogue.
  • Tes capacités d'expressions écrite et orale sont excellentes.
  • L'anglais est un plus.
