About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to lead our Enterprise IT Operations Management Software portfolio in focused territories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving campaigns to build the pipeline, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pursuits in focused territories and drive campaigns to build the pipeline
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities
  • Work closely with the extended sales team, including PreSales, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management, to build effective Opportunity and Close plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Application Owners, and Service Managers
  • Utilize CRM (SalesForce) system as an expert and accurately forecast business
Requirements
  • Good communication in English language and fluent in French
  • Master knowledge of products, solutions, or service offerings, as well as competitor's offerings, to sell large, complex solutions
  • Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of the client's business, organizational structure, business processes, and financial structure
  • Provable evidence of overachieving quota in the past, diversity of business customers, higher-level customer interface, and a diverse set of selling responsibilities
