Drive Sales Growth in the French Market

Klapp Cosmetics GmbH is seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in the French market, focusing on the South-West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with beauty salons and hotel spas in the region.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned territory.
    • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Coach and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Manage customer records, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely data.
    • Represent the Klapp brand at trade fairs and other events across France.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Professional Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the French professional cosmetic market.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills
    • Proven sales talent with strong negotiating skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent French language skills, with a strong command of written and spoken French.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or a related field.
