Pernod Ricard is seeking a talented individual to join its Global Transformation Team as a Global Transformation Analyst Intern. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the consolidation of the "scorecard" exercise to map all Transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include mapping out interdependencies of projects across functions, identifying elements to be challenged ahead of one-on-one discussions with different program leaders, and monitoring the evolution of resources linked to transformation initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the consolidation of the "scorecard" exercise to map all Transformation initiatives by:
- Mapping out interdependencies of projects across functions
- Identifying elements to be challenged ahead of one-on-one discussions with different program leaders
- Monitoring the evolution of resources linked to transformation initiatives
- Provide support to the Global Transformation Office on key meeting preparations by:
- Monitoring the overall PMO, including identifying and validating new projects and providing regular reporting to various organizational levels
- Preparing PowerPoint documents for key regular meetings
- Stay vigilant about new "transformation" initiatives outside of Pernod Ricard by:
- Keeping the Global Transformation Office informed about new digital trends and transformation programs that could be launched by other players within FMCG and outside the industry
Requirements:
- Good planning, implementation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Enrolled in a master's degree program or equivalent in business, management, or finance
- Prior internships in management consulting, strategic planning, or international project management is a plus
