Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing your own candidate pipelines independently, from sourcing through to hire, while also managing inbound applications from our adverts. You will maintain our ATS data clean and pipelines at a maintained level, avoiding stale candidates. Your focus will be on managing niche tech & product roles across a global scale alongside the wider team, ensuring alignment on business requirements and adapting priorities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in tech recruitment, either in RPO or internal environments. You should demonstrate experience recruiting engineers/developers in modern tech stacks, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a remote environment. Fluency in English is essential.
