Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure efficient onboarding, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth of our clients.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the payment industry.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a focus on developing and mentoring a team.
