Job Title: Head of Account Management

PayXpert is a leading provider of omnichannel payment solutions, serving a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Head of Account Management to lead our account management team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure efficient onboarding, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth of our clients.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the payment industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a focus on developing and mentoring a team.
