We are seeking a highly skilled US Tax Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our accounting firm, you will play a critical role in analyzing tax returns, preparing filings, and consulting with clients on tax-related matters.
The Role
- Review and analyze tax returns to identify discrepancies or opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare accurate tax filings for the current year, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide tax consultation services to clients, answering queries and advising on tax savings strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored tax advice.
- Coordinate with our outsourced team, ensuring seamless integration of financial data with tax preparation efforts.
- Utilize tax software such as QuickBooks and Intuit ProConnect for efficient tax return processing.
The Profile
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and consulting, with a solid understanding of US tax laws. They should be proficient in using major tax preparation and accounting software, including QuickBooks and Intuit ProConnect. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as professional communication skills suitable for client interactions.
