Job Overview:
Salesforce is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Paris, France. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing full-lifecycle sales processes and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
* Manage sales teams and provide coaching and guidance to ensure successful sales outcomes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and director-level contacts
* Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to capture emerging markets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:
* 5+ years of technology-based sales experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry
* Proven track record of consistently delivering at or above quota in a fast-paced sales environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex sales strategies and negotiate effectively
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and direct sales teams to achieve sales targets
* Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com, and ability to analyze data to inform sales decisions

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience
