Rare Endocrine Disorders Director, France

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to lead our Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED) team in France. As our new Director, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of the RED strategy, launch and lifecycle management plans, and tactics that meet organisational objectives and short to medium term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate with the Global and Regional RED teams to drive an effective and forward-thinking cross-functional brand team, ensuring all stakeholder/customer needs and perspectives are considered and tactics are prioritised based on biggest potential and highest return on investment.
- Educate, motivate and inspire the organisation about the RED strategy, core story, brand positioning, key messages and clinical evidence of RED brands and line extensions.
- Drive awareness of Novo Nordisk in and amongst the RED market and build relationships with key external stakeholders, KOLs and target HCPs.
- Co-ordinate resources and performance management of the RED sales and marketing team to deliver against strategy, sales, market share and profitability targets.
- As a people manager, you will boost employee engagement through performance management, coaching and talent development.
- You have a bachelor's degree in business (Marketing, Business Administration, so on) or Medicine.
- You are a strong marketeer from pharmaceutical industry including similar experience in a leadership role.
- You have experience in building relationships/networks with health care decision makers (governments, payers, insurers, policy makers KOLs etc.) and internally in a matrix organisation.
- Strong organisational and people management skills are essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Rare Disease space, preferably in endocrinology will be an advantage.
