Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and expanding our market share within the corporate and events sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet VIP guests upon arrival/departure across all market segments as required.
  • Perform weekly sales, prospective, and account management calls from retention, development, and acquisition.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and catering departments to ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
