Description du poste
  • Vous serez responsable de l'allocation rapide et précise des paiements contre les factures des clients.
  • Vous collecterez et vérifierez les remises pour une documentation appropriée.
  • Vous gèrerez l'alignement des paiements des clients pour réconcilier les transactions et clarifier efficacement les comptes des clients.
  • Vous aborderez les cas d'exception pour les paiements non appliqués afin d'assurer une résolution précise et rapide.
  • Vous analysez et enregistrez les déductions.
  • Vous recevrez et enregistrez les réclamations des clients pour un traitement ultérieur.
  • Vous analysez et suivez les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) des applications de trésorerie et contribuez à la revue de performance de l'O2C.
  • Vous identifierez les opportunités d'amélioration pour le processus d'application de trésorerie et de documentation des réclamations.
  • Vous contribuerez aux outils et projets liés aux applications de trésorerie et aux réclamations, y compris les initiatives de numérisation.


Profil recherché
  • Formation en finance ou comptabilité
  • Connaissance de SAP ERP est souhaitable.
  • Attention à la détail
  • Capacité à prioriser les tâches et respecter les délais
  • Fluence en anglais et en français est obligatoire. L'expérience dans le marché français est fortement appréciée.
