About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our Fontanil site, a pilot site for cleantech and Industry 4.0. As a key member of our team, you will drive and support the factory to achieve long-term sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure overall performance, output, and development of the factory.
  • Ensure safety of people, processes, and manufactured/delivered products (quality, delivery, cost).
  • Implement policies, standards, values, and culture.
  • Secure results of continuous improvement activities.
  • Implement and maintain supply chain processes.
  • Initiate supplier development activities together with central support functions.
  • Coordinate new product development.
  • Lead and develop the Site.
  • Coordinate site shared functions, such as HR, Finance, Real estate, etc.
  • Responsible for common site activities.
  • Be the local Alfa Laval representative and contact person.
  • Union contacts.

About You

You are an experienced leader with strong drive, goal-oriented, and passionate about Operations. As a leader, you are a strong communicator, clear and visible in the organization, and you engage and empower your employees through inspiring feedback.

You are an entrepreneurial person who enjoys developing and realizing actions plans to improve the performance of the factory.

You have an engineering background and have acquired a global vision of operations in a matrix and international environment.

You know how to create commitment in teams with humility and high standards, enabling you to collaborate and evolve in a complex organization.
