Global Demand Planner

As a key member of the Global Demand Planning team, your primary mission will be to develop, analyze, and integrate replenishment forecasts for all countries and brands, ensuring optimal stock levels both centrally and locally. This will involve maximizing cash flow, sales, and service rates within an 18-month horizon.
Key responsibilities include:
• Defining product launch profiles in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure high-quality country forecasts.
• Influencing statistical forecasts with Life Cycle Management information.
• Sharing and supporting best practices to be implemented within subsidiaries (KPIs, sales forecast, stock policy, local S&OP, etc.).
• Participating in defining the central and local stock policy to ensure the best service rate in line with the Group's strategy.
• Coordinating and prioritizing references to be produced and distributed in case of capacity constraints in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Production.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain with a proven interest in dermo-cosmetics.
• Graduate of higher education (Master's degree)
• Proficiency in English, a second foreign language is appreciated.
