Position Summary

We are in search of a Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our thriving Enterprise Sales team in France. This role involves leading and mentoring a group of skilled Account Managers, focusing on identifying, nurturing, and inspiring a talented team that delivers substantial value to our organization.

In this customer-facing and highly impactful role, you will engage directly in closing significant deals with key accounts. This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing next-generation cybersecurity firm, where you will play a crucial role in elevating our business to new heights.

Reporting to the Country Sales Director, the ideal candidate will cultivate business relationships with major enterprise clients and resellers while achieving essential performance targets and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of dedicated Enterprise Sales professionals to drive new and existing business within France, consistently achieving and surpassing planned revenue goals for new business, renewals, and add-on sales.
  • Formulate sales strategies with Account Managers to penetrate new accounts with over 2500 employees.
  • Engage directly with large customer opportunities to foster growth.
  • Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate sales performance, accurately forecast outcomes, and conduct deal analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Sales team to develop Partner strategies and work together to generate additional revenue.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and the company's positioning within the market.
  • Work alongside Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure successful deal closures, revenue generation, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in rapidly scaling organizations and building high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and the current threat landscape.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, capable of inspiring loyalty and respect across various departments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading an Enterprise sales team, with a relentless drive for achieving targets and sustainable growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local cybersecurity ecosystem, including Resellers, Alliances, and System Integrators.
  • Excellent connections with large enterprises in the region.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and engage with stakeholders at all levels in both English and French.
