Key Account Manager

Didomi is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring account renewal, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Ensure the renewal of existing contracts and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their goals.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and develop strategies for growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial orientation.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
