Job Description: Payroll Specialist
As a Payroll Specialist at PROSOL, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, from data entry to report generation.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and review payrolls with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure the accuracy of social security charges and prepare DSN declarations.
- Validate daily allowances and process employee reimbursements.
- Handle final settlements and calculate departure compensations accurately.
- Address inquiries from Store Managers regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to payroll service improvement projects, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar payroll role, demonstrating proficiency in payroll processing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using payroll software tools such as Hypervision, ADP GSI, Decidium, or SIRH Workday is a plus.
