Job Description

As a Commercial Development Manager at Derichebourg Multiservices, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the Dijon region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Implement CRM systems to track sales performance
  • Participate in bid responses and tender processes
  • Design and propose customized commercial offers
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to the Regional Director
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of the industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driving license (B permit)
