Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
- Oversee data architecture and ensure the integrity, availability, and security of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
- Optimize and tune data systems for performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior data engineers and developers.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in developing ETL data pipelines, data models, and dashboards with Data technologies (Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Advanced Analytics).
- Master's degree in IT or Data.
- Strong experience in data modeling on SAP HANA/BW, SQL statement developments, ETL pipeline development, and dashboarding development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong level of autonomy, results-oriented, and fast succeed/fast fail mindset.
