Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and maintaining store displays
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer base
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable
