About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager at AWS EMEA SARL (France Branch) - G48, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. You will interact with leading companies and believe that world-class support is critical to customer success. You will partner with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities

* You will build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer
* Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity
* Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
* Using your technical acumen and customer obsession, you will drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
* Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives
* Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
* With a bias for action, you will proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
* Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud
* Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops and other enablement sessions.
