We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our country sales teams in France for all steel, plastic and closures products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our pricing position, demonstrating an understanding of value selling, and being an effective communicator to a range of audiences.
The key to success will be to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, promote sales, and drive the strategy and performance of the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have significant sales experience within markets relating to chemicals, pharma, plastics, lubricants or similar, and be able to demonstrate team leadership capability.
They will also be an effective communicator who can translate strategy into operational activities, and be able to demonstrate agility in adapting to business changes.
The role requires fluency in French and English, and the ability to travel (50%) to customer sites.
