Sales Administration Specialist

As a key member of our Sales Administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client orders using our SAP software. Your responsibilities will include organizing and following up on shipments, managing information, and inputting services and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and input client orders using SAP software
- Organize and follow up on shipments
- Manage information and services/products
This is a dynamic and international environment where you will be working closely with a team of 10 sales representatives, 5 of whom are based abroad. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including AMAZON, leading retail brands, and B2B companies.
Requirements:- Degree in sales administration or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of SAP environment or ERP is a plus
- Fluent French and English is mandatory
- Master of Excel
- ~2 days of home office per week (except during trial period)
