About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Digital Transformation Strategist - Enterprise IT to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives. Your expertise in system architecture and delivery will enable us to provide best-in-class solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for business application ecosystems, ensuring seamless process improvements and automation.
- Partner with senior executives to develop and implement business strategies aligned with sales, finance, customer care, and production goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to redesign and evolve business processes, leveraging our ERP (Workday), Salesforce, Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and other SaaS applications.
- Manage the delivery of programs and projects on-time, with quality, and provide exceptional support during post-deployment and ongoing operations.
- Lead high-impact initiatives, including obtaining and documenting business requirements, designing systems architecture, and leading development teams.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, setting regular goals and objectives, and measuring performance against these goals.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in IT application development, delivery, and support function.
- 5+ years of technical leadership and management experience.
- Based in Paris, France, and fluent in French and English.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in application functions like Workday ERP (OM, Financials, Billing), Workday HCM, Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud), etc., in SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into system implementation plans.
- Proven track record of managing complex application program portfolios and delivering to defined objectives.
- Prior experience working with services companies to leverage in-house and external resources for driving delivery and post-implementation support.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
