Job Description
Within the Operations Management Division, you will be responsible for processing SCPI associates transfer files and contributing to various client account activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and/or control estate files according to the procedure.
- Regularize dividends outstanding for the benefit of heirs.
- Investigate and manage files relating to donations, divorce, and dissolution of PACS.
- Process transfers of a type by mutual agreement or end of temporary dismemberment.
- Respond to specific requests from notaries, heirs, clients, or partners.
- Manage the files of amounts that are dormant and participate in the tax campaign.

Requirements:
- Higher education in law, specializing in family law, inheritance, and gifts, or notarial law.

- Familiarity with legal and tax concepts, computer tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and ideally the Unicia tool.
