Job Title: Business Development Manager - EMEA

AWS is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will work closely with Amazon Global Sales, AWS Industry Specialists, and partners to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for EMEA, in collaboration with AWSI and other stakeholders.
  • Provide industry expertise and support to customers, leveraging AWS acceleration programs and resources.
  • Identify and target high-growth customers, with a focus on the next wave of expansion.
  • Localize AWS industry GTM resources, adapting content and assets to meet regional needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with pan-EMEA and WW stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of area-specific requirements.
  • Present business reviews to senior management, highlighting progress and roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with technical and industry teams to drive consistent outcomes and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Strong industry knowledge, with a focus on Automotive, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare, Life-science, or Energy.
  • Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
