Job Description

Safran, a global high-tech group, is seeking a skilled Supplier Performance Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Purchasing Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational performance of production suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the governance of operational performance (logistics & quality) of suppliers, ensuring effective interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize performance reviews with suppliers, gathering key performance indicators and internal inputs.
  • Contribute to the development of the supplier surveillance plan and ensure its deployment through assessments and evaluations.
  • Drive action plans to restore operational performance at suppliers.
  • Ensure indicators consolidation between Safran Nacelles and suppliers, sharing monthly scorecards.
  • Drive supplier development initiatives with key suppliers.
Requirements
  • More than 3 years of operational experience in supply chain, purchasing, or industrial management.
  • Experience or graduation in mechanics and/or manufacturing processes involved in nacelles components.
  • Supply chain and industrial management knowledge (MRP2, S&OP, MPS, Capacity Management, Scheduling, Lean manufacturing, Theory of constraints).
  • Basics in quality management knowledge (8D, Ishikawa, 5 whys, PFMEA, Capabilities, SPC).
  • Microsoft tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, Vlook up), Power-BI.
  • SAP & AirSupply knowledge a plus.
  • English language.
