The marketing team at SAS is seeking a skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to design, implement, and monitor communication and customer engagement strategies that positively impact brand perception and reputation.

This role involves driving multi-media external communication and customer engagement programs in support of company goals, with a focus on France while contributing to a global marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-media communication strategy and plan in alignment with corporate guidelines and country business objectives.
  • Drive the PR agency and relationships with spokespeople, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Amplify brand strategy to increase awareness and change perception among target audiences.
  • Act as a communication advisor within the Marketing team to ensure promotion of major Campaign Management Programs.
  • Participate in international Communication and Customer Engagement networks to leverage best practices and represent the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills (C2 level).
