We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Manager to join our Global Sponsorship team on a temporary 7-month mission. This role will be based in our Global Headquarters in Paris.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate the Dairy & Plant Based sponsorship strategy, assets, and ambassadors.
- Coordinate dairy assets activations across various sports, including football, running, track & field, and cycling.
- Identify and initiate new partnerships to drive the future of the category.
- Drive Danone's reputation through dairy & plant base sponsorship initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage multiple global sponsorship platforms for our brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive sponsoring strategy, including positioning, storytelling, and key performance indicators.
- Implement planning and project management tools to ensure successful activations.
- Develop an activation strategy and key devices to engage audiences.
- Monitor and review performance to optimize future initiatives.
- Conduct benchmarking and research to stay ahead of industry trends.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in sponsorship management. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in an agency or with an advertiser, with a proven track record in project management and partnership development.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of the sports ecosystem, with a focus on football, running, and cycling. They will be able to identify relevant partners, build action plans, and analyze performance.
