Technical Customer Success Manager

Brevo is a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite that empowers organizations to connect with people using technology for their success. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical portfolios and serving as the main point of contact for our enterprise clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve sophisticated technical issues that may have a costly and far-reaching impact on the client's portfolio. You will act as a strategic advisor to the client, maintaining their satisfaction and ensuring growth/retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients from onboarding to renewal and drive adoption of Brevo
  • Adopt a data-driven approach in the management of your portfolio
  • Identify development and growth opportunities within the portfolio
  • Handle or debrief technical client issues regarding API, deliverability, or other features from Brevo's suite
  • Set clients up for success by establishing critical goals/KPIs
  • Educate clients by delivering demos and training on Brevo's product
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Care teams and serve as the voice of the customer for the Product and Marketing team
  • Provide feedback on churn reasons and identify points of improvement to avoid it in the future
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Account Manager, or similar role preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience working with RESTful technology and APIs
  • Skills in fixing network connectivity issues are a plus
  • Strong ability to understand, manage, and drive customers' needs and strategy
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to drive issue resolution and work in collaboration with all departments (sales, product, care, finance, etc.)
  • Data-driven and team-player
