Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing supply chain processes, developing improvement proposals, and working with international teams to optimize information flows.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze existing supply chain processes and develop improvement proposals to enhance customer satisfaction and inventory levels.
- Work with international teams to implement digital tools and optimize information flows.
- Develop and improve customer supply chain agreements to define and monitor key parameters.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure site personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Cascade cluster initiatives and targets to sites and ensure local supply chain follow-up and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Experience in interfacing with customers from operational and/or commercial perspectives.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Knowledge and application of lean methods and process mapping tools.
- Able to work independently and proactively, as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel and ERP systems.
