Your Mission, Roles, and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Talent & Organization Development Apprentice to join our team in the FORVIA Headquarters based in Nanterre.

You will work on challenges that matter, supporting our Talent & Organization Development Director, in charge of the Finance & Legal functions.

Your Missions:

  • Participate in the preparation of People Reviews and Cross Business Group Talent Committees.
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review.
  • Lead several projects dedicated to our global Finance & Legal population or process for Talent Development (Live Events, graduate program, organization of "digital coffee breaks" with EVPs, newsletters, etc.).
  • Support the Talent & Organization Development Director to drive excellence in the finance and legal function.
  • Propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world.

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed

What if it was you?

  • A great curiosity and motivation to learn.
  • Mastery of a Master 2 with an HR specialization.
  • Good communication, organization, and planning skills.
  • Team spirit & international mindset.
  • Writing and analysis competencies.
  • Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, any other tool is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A previous internship experience in HR (industry is a plus).
