Customer Success Advocate

Rutter is seeking a skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to improve our product offering.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of our product and its features
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
