We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to make informed recommendations to customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication and teamwork
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
