Mission

L'analyste des données et des processus métier est un expert des données qui travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Business Data & Transformation Coordinator de l'entité. Ses missions sont les suivantes :

  • S'approprier les enjeux de sa direction et les questions stratégiques associées
  • Recueillir les besoins Data exprimés par les différents métiers (Maintenance avion, Supply Chain, Programme de maintenance...) en animant en toute autonomie des ateliers de travail impliquant les partie-prenantes
  • Analyser les besoins et contribuer à la définition des Business Cases associés
  • S'organiser pour récupérer les données dont il a besoin en prenant en compte les sources référentes et le niveau de qualité des données
  • Avoir un rôle de Data Steward et s'assurer de l'accessibilité, de la qualité, et de la protection des données de son périmètre
  • Avoir un rôle de Data Analyst et élaborer une visualisation pertinente des indicateurs en s'appuyant sur les outils à sa disposition (PowerBI principalement) pour faciliter la prise de décision aux métiers
  • Restituer ses résultats auprès des métiers décisionnaires de façon convaincante et accompagner le changement auprès des utilisateurs des tableaux de bord

Le poste est éligible au télétravail occasionnel.

Profil recherché

  • Bac + 5 et plus / école d'ingénieur ou d'informatique
  • Expérience de 6 ans minimum dans le domaine de la DATA
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils BI et en particulier PowerBI
  • Bonne connaissance des outils et du langage informatique ainsi que des techniques d'analyses des données et potentiellement des méthodologies statistiques
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité à prendre de la hauteur et avoir un regard critique
  • Très bonne communication orale et écrite
  • Capacité à gérer les attentes et faire converger des acteurs métiers
  • Orienté résultats et capable de faire preuve d'initiative et d'innovation
  • Faire preuve d'une curiosité insatiable
  • Un bon niveau d'anglais est attendu car vous évoluerez dans un environnement international et serez amené à échanger avec nos collègues de KLM
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel ou aéronautique est un plus mais pas un prérequis
