Strategic Account Manager

Cintoo, a fast-growing startup, is looking for a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. We are a leading provider of Reality Capture and Digital Twin solutions, and we need a talented individual to help us expand our presence in the UK and Ireland markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM solution, and maintain accurate records of account data, contact data, opportunity, and quote data.
- Build relationships within designated accounts to further Cintoo business and provide best-in-class sales service.
- Identify and engage key buyers and contacts within each account, and prioritize sales efforts on high-potential, higher-margin opportunities.
- Utilize CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account data, contact data, opportunity, and quote data.
- Provide forecasting using the CRM platform and the opportunity pipeline (monthly, annually, multi-year plan).
- Build relationships and communicate effectively across Cintoo teams to stay up-to-date on projects, ensure understanding of offerings, and understand potential sales opportunities.
- Ensure clients stay engaged and educated on Cintoo products and services through workshops, lunch and learns, meetings, and trade events.
- Actively participate in bids and proposals for named accounts, including effective handover of relevant information.
- 10 years of deep experience in sales account management and/or a business development role selling 3D solutions into Energy Manufacturing Industry or AEC market segments (preferably selling SaaS-based solutions) in the UK and Irish markets.
- Experience selling solutions and processes associated with the industries served by Cintoo, and likely to have worked for a solutions provider, EPC operator, contractor, or technology consultancy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate based on desired outcomes.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and CRM software.
