About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communication Event Coordinator to join our team at Guerbet.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and coordination of Guerbet's participation in international radiology congresses.
  • Support the coordination of project meetings, including planning, note-taking, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, such as Marketing and Regulatory Affairs, to achieve company objectives.
  • Communicate key information to internal stakeholders regarding congress participation.


Global Events Plan:

  • Ensure the effective establishment of a global events plan for Guerbet in alignment with our subsidiaries.
  • Share new congress tools with subsidiaries, including guidelines and design templates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in English, with a second language appreciated.
