Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Technical Support Specialist will be a key member of our team, providing technical support to internal and external customers. This role requires a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat
- Manage work requests to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement fixes or scripts to resolve customer problems
- Participate in on-call rotations and take calls from VIP customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Experience with Incident Management software and multiple integrated software products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
