As a Strategic Account Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in launching and scaling new sustainability programs across the EU. Your responsibilities will include defining and coordinating seller recruitment strategies, managing top sellers on Amazon's European marketplaces, and setting clear quality goals. You will also be responsible for reporting progress to the EU leadership team and contributing to yearly operating plans to develop and improve sustainability programs for sellers.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner teams. They should have experience in building relationships with strategic sellers, dealing with complexity and ambiguity, and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders. A good knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon and proven experience in launching/scaling new programs are preferred qualifications.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Amazon's Sustainability team and contribute to our goal of enabling and inspiring customers to make sustainable choices. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability programs that meet the needs of our customers and sellers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner teams
  • Experience in building relationships with strategic sellers, dealing with complexity and ambiguity, and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon and proven experience in launching/scaling new programs
