Maintenance Supervisors

We are seeking Shutdown and Maintenance Supervisors to lead our Maintenance Core Crew in ongoing long-term work across various sites in Western Australia.

This Supervisory position oversees shutdown and maintenance duties, ensuring seamless operations on site. Key responsibilities include supervising designated shutdown and maintenance duties, liaising with client representatives, and developing documentation to facilitate work carried out.

1. Oversee the maintenance of conveyor and shutdown components on site.
2. Supervise and control designated shutdown and maintenance duties.
3. Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, shutdown scheduling, and coordinating deliveries.
4. Develop and review documentation necessary to facilitate work carried out.
5. Compose completion reports.
6. Update schedules as required.
7. Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives.
8. Understand and implement quality control techniques.
9. Maintain company standards for quality assurance purposes.
10. Present neat documentation, correspondence, and records as requested.
11. Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed.

We are looking for candidates with proven knowledge and experience in maintenance, shutdown planning, and resource management. Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite is also required. Previous Shutdown experience in conveyor maintenance, ideally in the mining sector, is highly desirable. A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar Supervision role is essential.
