Marketing Coordinator

At Valence, we're pushing the boundaries of AI coaching for enterprise leaders and employees. As a key member of our growth team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives and event strategies.

• Plan, promote, and execute a range of marketing and sales events, from conferences to virtual webinars and client community sessions.
• Monitor event performance, compile data, and generate reports to measure success and propose improvements.
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of marketing assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are easily accessible for all Valence team members.
• Oversee all Valence marketing email addresses, ensuring timely and professional communication.

• 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced marketing, strategy, or consulting role.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and branding.
