Project Financial Manager



As a key member of our Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America Finance Team, you will be responsible for the financial management of projects in France. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting, minimize commercial risks, and maximize revenue and cash flow. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the financial integrity of our projects.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Monitoring and reporting on project financials, including contract review and quality assurance of project accounting
  • Proactively initiating timely and accurate invoicing in accordance with customer contracts and global procedures
  • Acting as a business partner for Project and Line Managers by leading regular financial reviews of projects and portfolios
  • Ensuring revenue recognition in line with DMS principles and project accounting principles
  • Analyzing and challenging input from Project Managers and Line Management where necessary
  • Conducting monthly review meetings with Project Managers to support project management and performing initial reviews of expenditure details


In addition to your daily duties, you will be responsible for managing project financial records, monitoring projects for timely completion and close, and analyzing projects for high-risk items.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:




  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • Up to 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in project controlling
  • English and French language skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI tools and advanced Excel
