About the Role

Crescens Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of multiple web-based and/or low-code applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the dependencies of the IT project that extends to multiple divisions and external entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including IT personnel, business program, and external resources.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Vendor Management and Contract Administration
    • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
    • Administer contracts, including procurement, negotiation, and award approval processes.
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Track project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from project plans.
    • Ensure quality of deliverables, monitoring and controlling project risks, cost, and schedule.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project management artifacts and other required documents.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience
    • Proven track record of delivering projects with aggressive timelines and within scope, budget, and schedule.
    • Experience with project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Project Server, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications.
    • Experience with low-code technologies, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong understanding of business operations, including market analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and business case development.
    • Ability to adapt working style to ensure compliance with company methodologies.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
    • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
    • Ability to act independently with sound business judgment, attention to detail, and thrive in an environment with diverse communication styles.
