Commercial Trainee

Mission Objectives

As a Commercial Trainee, you will be part of the Marketing and Sales teams and will assist in daily marketing operations for Watch and Jewelry Groups, Department Stores, E-commerce, and licensed boutiques.

Marketing Missions (approximately 70%):

  • Coordinate and monitor Trade Marketing and In-Store Animations: you will identify the needs and performance of animations in collaboration with our visual merchandising service and intervene in their organization.
  • Develop marketing tools: with a fresh and critical eye, you will propose 360° synthetic presentations of new seasonal launches, training, product sheets, etc.
  • Participate in the reflection and deployment of 360° marketing projects: in support of the marketing team, you will contribute to the implementation of seasonal activations.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and reporting: curious, open, and attentive, you will be responsible for establishing a regular watch on new launches, trade tools, and 360° devices.
  • Administrative follow-up: precise and reliable, you will follow up on some administrative requests (invoices, orders, etc.).

Sales Project (approximately 30%):

  • Launch and manage the Challenge Platform: in collaboration with our retail partners, you will ensure the smooth operation of our new challenge tool and be responsible for its operational management during in-store animations.
  • Animation and creation of content: in collaboration with the marketing and merchandising teams, you will propose and develop various and creative assets (quizzes, videos, etc.) for our different brands to implement on the platform.
  • Train partners and subsidiaries: as the privileged interlocutor of our clients, you will train them on the use of the e-learning platform and other tools. You will also be responsible for accompanying and deploying it in our European subsidiaries (Spain, Germany, Switzerland).

Profile

  • You are a student in your final year of studies or a year of internship, in a university or business school, and you have ideally developed a first experience in marketing or sales, which has allowed you to develop your organization and rigor.
  • You have a developed creative sense and a taste for analysis and numbers (good mastery of Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You master English, both orally and in writing.
  • You know how to demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, organization, and be a proposal force.
  • You have a strong interest and, if possible, a first experience in the universe of Fashion, Beauty, Watchmaking, and Jewelry.

This 6-month internship is available from September 2024.
