Marketing Operations Manager

At Penta, we are looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager to lead cross-team and cross-market projects, defining and executing Regate's innovative accounting technology with Qonto's leading financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key representative of the Regate Marketing team for epic launches, supporting stakeholders in fine-tuning the GTM for new features and rolling out actions to achieve our company's objectives.
- Coordinate global strategic projects, setting up high-level marketing objectives, selecting the right stakeholders and rituals, coordinating marketing efforts to ensure quality and delivery on time, measuring results, and collecting key learnings.
- Ensure alignment on the marketing OKRs and strategy, helping the whole Global Marketing team to define the quarterly OKRs in line with the company and the Growth team's priorities.
- Own and improve budget management across all marketing teams, defining the best tools and processes to manage marketing budget allocation and to keep track of actual expenses, partnering with Finance, Revenue, and Data teams.
- Ensure Marketing excellence, based on the analysis of results and learnings throughout the execution of projects, share best practices and build standards and processes for global and local marketing teams, and in some instances for the whole Growth team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and project management roles, preferably in a consulting firm or a scaleup.
- Proven experience in multiple marketing areas, such as Communication, Brand, Content, CRM, or Acquisition.
- Strong project management skills, comfortable with taking ownership and managing multiple large-scale projects at the same time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
