Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team within the Solutions for Customization department in the Product Division. As part of the Business Process Management (BPM) subdomain, you will oversee product management of two core ecosystems at the heart of the Software Platform's back office: a workflow framework and an integration framework.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support:
  • Providing assistance to colleagues across various offices to resolve client incidents and integration challenges.
  • Collaborating with business analysts to monitor and parameterize applications.
  • Offering specialized support to developers on their ongoing projects.

* Documentation / Training:
  • Regularly contributing to the enrichment of documentation and training materials.
  • Delivering relevant training to consultants, including those from clients.

* Product Management:
  • Contributing inputs to the product roadmap.
  • Participating in the definition of new features.
  • Assisting in the validation of features.

Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or a related field. Prior experience in technical incident management is beneficial. Your skill set should include basic knowledge of Linux, familiarity with Java, SQL, XML, JSON, REST, and knowledge of Apache Camel, JMS, Kafka, BPMN, and XSLT. Additionally, proficiency in financial instruments, market infrastructure, and strong problem-solving skills are desirable.
